1. Eligibility for Returns:
• We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Refund Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on all grooming and maintenance items.
EXCEPTIONS/NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR:

• AEROSOLS
• CLIPPERS, TRIMMERS, & SHAVERS
• CLIPPER/TRIMMER BLADES
• SHAVER FOILS
• SCISSORS/SHEARS
• RAZORS/RAZOR HOLDERS
• UNSEALED MERCHANDISE
If you ordered the wrong item and it is not one of the items mentioned above, we will accept returns on items that are FACTORY SEALED and in its ORIGINAL CONDITION. There are no returns or exchanges on items that do not come factory-sealed.
3. Exchanges:
• If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact our Customer Support team at doyouhavebarbersupply@gmail.com to arrange for an exchange.
4. Cancellations:
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If the order has already been shipped, the return process outlined above should be followed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
